Week of February 11, 2022

“He who is faithful in what is least is faithful also in much; and he who is unjust in what is least is unjust also in much.” Luke 16:10

God rewards those who are faithful. Throughout our life God seeks to grow us in our faith. He will lead us into situations that require a “little” faith and if we are faithful, He will take us into situations that require even greater faith.

The best way to tell if we are prepared for a greater revelation of God is to see how faithful we’ve been with what God has given us. This is a foundation principle in God’s relationship with us. When we are faithful with a little then we are ready to be entrusted with more. Until we are faithful with the little HE will not trust us with more. God will not lead us beyond our present level of trust and obedience to Him. The children of Israel were unwilling to trust God to lead them into the Promised Land and that generation was never able to move forward with Him.

God may have opened a door of opportunity for you to walk through. It’s time to demonstrate your faith in Him. Your steps of faith will lead you into a deeper relationship with Him and your faith is an open invitation for the blessings of God upon your life.
