HERE'S A MESSAGE FROM OUR STUDENT PASTOR.
Welcome to GC Students! We are the student ministry and “youth group” of
Gateway Church. Our primary goal is to sharpen students and equip them to go and be the disciple makers that Jesus calls us all to be. We believe that God has placed unique passions, gifts, and talents in every student for the purposes of His Kingdom.
GC Students aims to see these gifts used daily to glorify the Lord and bring others into the light of Salvation. Everything we do is centered on, and grounded in, 1 Timothy 4:12, “Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity”. Being young is no reason at all to be looked down upon, but it is also no excuse to be foolish. We teach our students that their youth is an opportunity to set an example not just for their peers but for the whole church.
